The Maritime Experiential Museum held a series of four Educator Previews in January. More than 100 primary and secondary school teachers attended the previews which showcased the newly revamped museum, and introduced two new educational programmes for school groups and educators: Maritime Discovery Tour and Voyages of Exploration.

The previews started off with a presentation by Gavin Lee, Senior Manager of Education. He introduced the various thematic galleries in the museum, our new educational programmes and their special introductory rates which are valid from March till December 2018. During the coffee break, educators approached members of our Education team to have their questions answered.

The educators were then taken on a guided tour around the revamped Martime Experiential Museum. They got to experience first hand the kind of information that will be relayed to the students, as well as examples of activities that the students will participate in.
